Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Fshut.com, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Return Charges

Fshut.com offers free returns on all eligible orders. There are no return shipping charges and no restocking fees for approved returns.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

• The request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
• The product is defective, damaged during transit, incorrectly delivered, or does not match the description
• The product is unused and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags included

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used, damaged, or tampered by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Products returned beyond the 7-day return window
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

4. How to Request a Return / Replacement

Email us at support@fshut.com with:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours and guide you through the process.

5. Return Pickup & Processing

We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep. If pickup is not available at your location, you may ship the product to us and we will fully reimburse your shipping cost after verification.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunded to the customer's registered bank account or UPI

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Actual credit time depends on your payment provider.

7. Replacement Policy

Replacement is subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

• You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped — no cancellation charges apply
• For prepaid orders, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
• To cancel, email support@fshut.com with your Order ID

After Shipment

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• You may refuse delivery at the time of arrival
• A full refund will be processed after the item is returned to our warehouse with no deductions

9. Important Conditions

Fshut.com reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or replacement. If a product is found ineligible (used, damaged by customer, or missing accessories), we will notify you within 48 hours and return the product to you at no charge.
