3. Shipping Partners

4. Tracking & Notification
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your package in real time on the respective courier partner's website.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address including PIN code is accurate at the time of placing your order
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- If the package is returned to our Gurugram warehouse due to customer unavailability, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at no extra charge, subject to serviceability
